Family Bingo Night! Get ready for a night of bingo fun, food, and fantastic prizes! Date: Saturday, November 14, 2026 Time: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Location: Hynes-LSU Cafeteria Ticket Deadline: Purchase by November 11 (No tickets sold at the door) Volunteer Roles for Family Bingo Night: Pre-Event Package Prep: Assemble bingo packages, including bingo cards, markers, and food tickets labeled with attendees' names. This will take place on November 12. Event Setup: Assist with placing decorations, setting up check-in, food, and other tables before the event begins. Volunteers will help ensure everything is ready for a smooth start. Check-In Team: Greet families at the entrance, manage the check-in table, and distribute pre-packaged materials to attendees. Sell extra bingo cards. Concessions: Serve pizza, drinks, and snacks to attendees during dinner, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Sell extra food items. General Support: Clear tables after dinner to prepare for bingo rounds, assist with distributing prizes, answering questions, and preparing for the final bingo rounds.
